Every Room: The Unmistakable Mastermind

Website and Checkout Terms | Nine-month private mastermind beginning September 2026

Enrollment and participation

Every Room: The Unmistakable Mastermind (the “Mastermind”) is offered by Captivate the Room, a New York S corporation, with a mailing address at 160 W. 24th Street, Unit 4N, New York, NY 10016. Enrollment is limited, application-based, and subject to acceptance by Captivate the Room. A place is not final until the participant has been accepted, signed the Participant Agreement, and completed the required initial payment.

Program term and included access

The Mastermind runs for nine months, beginning in September 2026. Private sessions begin in September. Exact group dates will be selected with input from the final cohort and will generally take place near the beginning of each month. Captivate the Room cannot guarantee that every date will accommodate every participant.

  • Nine private 60-minute sessions with Tracy Goodwin.
  • Nine 90-minute group mastermind sessions.
  • Monday-through-Friday Voxer access during stated support hours, including a required Monday check-in.
  • Six footage-review submissions of no more than 10 minutes each, for no more than 60 minutes of submitted footage total.
  • Curated guest sessions, subject to contributor availability and program needs.
  • Standard admission to all three days of When the Leaves Fall in New York City, including the designated meals, Broadway ticket, standard video experience, and standard attendee programming.

Investment and payment authorization

The participant selects one of the following payment options:

  • Paid in full: $12,000.
  • Payment plan: 12 monthly payments of $1,250, for a total investment of $15,000.

The first installment is due at enrollment. The remaining installments will be automatically charged through WAVVE, a Stripe-based payment system, on the same numerical calendar date each month. The payment plan is an installment arrangement for a fixed $15,000 commitment; it is not a month-to-month membership and continues for three months after the nine-month program ends. If a charge fails, the participant has five calendar days to cure the default. Access may be suspended while an account is overdue.

Paid-in-full bonus

A participant who pays in full receives one additional private VIP intensive with Tracy Goodwin. The intensive is intended to take place in person in connection with the NYC event. If the participant cannot attend the event, it may be delivered virtually. It must be used by the end of the Mastermind, is nontransferable, has no cash value, and is forfeited if not scheduled or attended within the permitted period.

Scheduling and missed sessions

A private session may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ written notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, and sessions not scheduled within the program term are forfeited. Exceptions may be considered for genuine illness or emergency. At Tracy’s discretion and only with prior written approval, one unused private session may be extended for up to 90 days after the program ends. If Tracy must reschedule, the session will be moved without penalty to the participant. Group sessions have no makeups, private replacements, credits, or refunds.

Recordings and access

Group and guest sessions may be recorded. Recordings are confidential, available only while the participant remains enrolled and in good financial standing, and expire at the end of the Mastermind. Recording availability is not guaranteed when privacy, technology, contributor requirements, or other circumstances make recording inappropriate. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, reproduced, transcribed, published, or uploaded into any artificial-intelligence or automated-processing system.

Voxer and footage review

Voxer support is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays and announced breaks. Responses are generally provided within eight business hours measured only during Voxer operating hours. Voxer is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency, medical, mental-health, or crisis service. One private SOS Voxer exchange is included during the program.

Footage may be submitted through Google Drive or Dropbox. Participants may use up to two submissions in a month or use all remaining submissions during a launch. Feedback is generally delivered through Voxer within three business days. Once all six submissions or all 60 minutes are used, no further review is included. Participants are responsible for obtaining permission to share footage containing other identifiable people. Unused reviews expire without refund, credit, transfer, or rollover.

NYC event inclusion

Mastermind admission covers the three standard event days, designated meals, Broadway ticket, standard video experience, and standard attendee programming. It does not include airfare, lodging, ground transportation, personal expenses, unspecified meals, or a separate VIP experience unless expressly awarded. The video inclusion is participation in the standard event experience, not a custom production package. Format, filming time, editing, length, files, delivery timing, and other deliverables depend on the final production plan. Event nonattendance creates no refund, credit, transfer, substitute service, or reduction in Mastermind tuition.

No refunds, cancellation, or release from payment

All payments are nonrefundable. Enrollment is a binding commitment for the full selected investment. Withdrawal, nonattendance, failure to participate, scheduling conflicts, business or personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, or a change of mind does not cancel or reduce the remaining payment obligation. In extraordinary documented circumstances, Captivate the Room may, in its sole discretion, approve a deferral or other written accommodation. No accommodation or future-cohort placement is guaranteed.

Confidentiality, conduct, and removal

The Mastermind is a confidential environment. Participants may not disclose, record, screenshot, reproduce, share, publish, or use another participant’s identity, voice, image, story, business information, financial information, ideas, footage, launches, work, or contributions without that person’s express written permission. Participants may not solicit, pitch, recruit, add members to marketing lists, or use the cohort as a prospecting source.

Captivate the Room may suspend or remove a participant for nonpayment; dishonesty in the application; harassment, threats, discrimination, disruption, or unsafe conduct; unauthorized recording or disclosure; solicitation; misuse of intellectual property; uploading protected content into AI; or conduct that compromises the privacy, safety, or integrity of the group. Removal for breach does not create a refund and does not automatically eliminate the remaining payment obligation.

Intellectual property and AI restriction

Psychology of the Voice®, Voice MRI™, Voice Masks™, Voice Stories™, and all associated frameworks, assessments, exercises, language, recordings, feedback, materials, and proprietary concepts remain the exclusive property of Captivate the Room. Enrollment permits personal implementation only. It does not grant certification, a teaching or training license, or permission to copy, adapt, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative programs, or represent affiliation or endorsement.

Participants may not upload, paste, transmit, record, summarize through, train, analyze with, or otherwise provide Mastermind materials, session content, recordings, Voxer exchanges, feedback, transcripts, guest materials, or another participant’s information or work to any generative-AI, transcription, note-taking, machine-learning, or automated-processing system.

Disputes will proceed through written notice, good-faith informal resolution, confidential mediation in New York, and, if unresolved, binding arbitration, subject to the final signed Participant Agreement and any legally permitted small-claims or emergency intellectual-property remedies.
